Pokot Ash Yoghurt shows the life of the Pokot community in Tarsoi, Kenya, which revolves around the production of ash yogurt, a traditional product made from goat and cow milk mixed with the ash from a local tree, the cromwo.
The documentary introduces us to various members of the community and their families and we learn about their traditions and daily life before accompanying them to Cheese, the international festival organized by Slow Food in Italy, dedicated to cheese and all things dairy.
